TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING:  Service prices do not include travel to your location. To secure your chosen date, a 30% deposit of your total bill will be required. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that Monique Monroe (the contracted makeup artist) is unable to perform the services agreed upon, due to an emergency, illness or unexpected occurrence, a trusted substitute makeup artist can be assigned or a full refund will be given. You can request a payment link to complete this transactions securely.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING: Any last minute bookings (within a 48hour advance) will include an additional charge of £40.

PREMIUM BOOKINGS: Bookings before 9am and after 5pm are premium appointments. These bookings will have an additional charge of 40% of the services selected to your bill.

PAYMENT: Deposits and your final balance can be payed by cash or bank transfer (cheques are not accepted). The final balance is due no later than 24hours before the booking. You can request a payment link to complete both transactions securely.

LATE PAYMENTS: Any overdue payments will result in incurring charges.

REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS: There will be no negotiations on any booking prices. All prices are final. There will be no refunds or discounts

CALL OUT FEES:  THIS IS A MOBILE. SERVICE PROVIDER. The client agrees to cover any necessary travel expenses of the makeup artist. The client agrees to organise transportation to and from the appointment. If the contracted artist is required to organise their own travel, a call out fee starting from £60 will apply, which includes transportation costs. 

For International bookings, you will be charged the standard rate of the service as well as ALL travel and accommodation fees.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: For the best results, please ensure that your face is groomed in preparation for makeup. For example, Waxing facial hair, exfoliating your skin the day before, or cleansing. 

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The location of the application for the day of the event is completely at the discretion of the client, however, there are certain requirements the makeup artist will need to complete the service. A table, chair and one plug socket in close proximity must be provided at the chosen location. Good natural lighting is not a requirement, but is necessary for the best performance and results of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be made no less than 48hour prior to your reserved date or you may be responsible for the 50% of the total  agreed upon. The client can cancel a booking at any point before this and will not be liable for any further payments.

 

Full terms and conditions will be offered for each service. These must be signed and returned with your deposit to confirm your booking.
